In order to have a successful career in cybersecurity, one could choose the path that leads them through the route of supercomputing. And when Rishi Joshi was deciding what path he would take to go into the SuperComputing field, he decided to start by earning an education in Computer Science. His studies in Computer Science allowed him to focus on the study of computers and computational systems in order to apply them to everyday life circumstances such as supercomputing. His knowledge includes, but is not limited to, computer software theory, design, development, and application.
Rishi Joshi has had the privilege of being able to use his skills from his Computer Science education to establish a career in supercomputing. Supercomputing starts with the understanding of a supercomputer’s function. A supercomputer is a computer designed to perform at or near the highest operational rate for computers according to current record logs. Supercomputers have often been utilized for scientific as well as engineering applications that process very large databases or do a great amount of mathematical computation (or both). Rishi Joshi’s career in Supercomputing has allowed him to work at setting up the software for these supercomputers in special relation to cybersecurity. Cybersecurity is a complex system of technologies, processes and practices that are specially designed to protect networks, computers, programs and data from attack, damage or even just general unauthorized access. Rishi Joshi thoroughly enjoys that he gets to be a part of these processes. Comments are closed.
